Karen Jacob, PhD, is the program director of McLean’s residential treatment program for individuals with borderline personality disorder and other severe personality disorders. Her clinical training has been primarily in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, mentalization, dialectical behavior, and biofeedback therapies.
