Drew Steele wants to know what's in place to keep your mail-in ballot from being vulnerable to voter fraud, after a story out of Florida where someone stole ballots from a mailbox and filled them out. Apparently, it only came to light when the person to whom it should have been mailed called the elections officials to find out why they hadn't gotten a ballot. Salt Lake County Elections Official Rozan Mitchell explains the procedures in place to make sure your vote counts in Utah.
