Description: On Sept. 5, Wongel Estifanos and her family visited the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. That evening, Estifanos died on the park’s Haunted Mine Drop ride. Today, state officials submitted the results of an investigation into the fatality to 9th Judicial District D.A. Jeff Cheney.
