Confusion from the White House on what bill would get a presidential signature, along with hardliners in the legislature are thwarting what most Americans say they want, a fair fix for Dreamers and other immigrants. Jane McMillan is joined by Bill Hing, professor of Law and Migration Studies at the University of San Fransisco, and Director of the Immigration and Deportation Clinic.
