Description: This is probably the worst edited thrown together podcast I’ve ever done. Usually set up with a mic and a computer, i’m going to be honest with you: I did this on my cellphone with a headset and time to kill. I had some things I wanted to say, to talk about the improvements, the self healing and the positivity I’m bringing into my life this year and how I wrote letters to most people from my past addressed to them. I’ve reached out to many, got a few replies and now it’s time to work on forgiving myself and teaching others to do the same.
