In this episode I talk about ways to work out mentally and physically. What this means is that mentally there are things, events and people that have held me back in the past and that have brought me down. I have doubted myself in many ways, I don’t have self love and I have problems with accepting who I am. Also, over the last few years, I have gained a little bit of weight and I want to get back to a healthy mental and physical state. In this episode I talk about certain events that weighed me down mentally and physically and the reasons why I want to better myself in several ways but also why I want to become a better person in my own eyes and find self-love. ****ALSO!!! *** SHARE YOUR STORIES!!
