How is it possible to stop drinking alcohol? Contrary to popular beliefs, it’s entirely possible to live without alcohol. You can celebrate, watch sports, relax, be romantic and even enjoy New Years without an alcoholic drink. How? and more importantly why stop drinking alcohol? In this podcast episode I talk about how I have been almost six years alcohol-free (and counting) and the joys and benefits that has brought to my life. You don’t have to hit rock bottom to remove alcohol, you just have to have a desire to sleep better, enjoy longer weekends, and increased productivity in life. No gimmicks, no tricks and certainly no sales pitches. It’s all in the brain.
