After leaving the military, Brady worked as a private security contractor and pursued a career in law enforcement. After leaving law enforcement, due to the political climate, Brady found his passion in the recruiting space. He is the Director of Recruiting for Corehire, a veteran owned business that places veterans and former first responders with business clients across the United States. Brady is also the Foreman at Stillwater Ranch, which is a non-profit horse ranch that provides services to local veterans in Colorado.
