	Description:		James conveys the beginnings of the Ozbot starting five years ago while working with law enforcement agencies in Australia. Assessing there was a real need for a small robot to be developed in and for Australian conditions. The capabilities require for the robot to become a success was a low platform, cost effective and low weight. The Ozbot had to exceed current commercial standards which would include stair climbing and the ability to pull life-size loads.
