It was published a few years ago and it’s taken us a while to get together and organise this reading, but as you will hear that’s probably not a bad thing. You might think a book and a chat about PTSD is a miserable topic, but actually I think what shines through is hope, healing and great humanity. I know you might think this is not for you, and that might be right, but Julie is a fantastic poet, and she has taken the chance and offered us her vulnerability with this book.
