Description:

In this episode of the podcast, we review the highly-anticipated movie "It", based on the Stephen King novel and directed by Andy Muschietti.  It's not exactly the horror movie you might expect.

Andy, Tysen and Aaron also talk about how horror is unique as a genre in that it's one of the few where unhappy endings can be acceptable, as long as certain things happen during the movie, and try to figure out what makes us go out seeking that fear thrill?

They also discuss why Pennywise (played in this movie by Bill Skarsgard) might choose the clown as his "default" scary form and ask the question, What form would "It" take to scare you?

"It" stars Skarsgard, Jaeden Lieberher as Bill; Jeremy Ray Taylor as Ben; Sophia Lillis as Beverly; Finn Wolfhard (from Stranger Things) as Richie; Chosen Jacobs as Mike; Jack Dylan Grazer as Eddie; and Wyatt Oleff as Stanley.
