Meghan O’Sullivan, author of “Windfall: How the New Energy Abundance Upends Global Politics and Strengthens America’s Power,” sat down with Sarah Ladislaw, Director and Senior Fellow, CSIS Energy & National Security Program, to discuss the transformation of the U.S. energy sector. O’Sullivan talks about the importance of using both an energy and a foreign policy lens to view world affairs and the geopolitical dynamics of the U.S. energy boom. Additionally, O’Sullivan explains the impacts of U.S. energy abundance upon the U.S.-China bilateral relationship and the global energy landscape.
