	Description:		For those of you who do not know what “down-low brother” means, it is a term of art used to describe African-American men who live a heterosexual life to the outside world but are underground homosexuals. These men come in different personality meaning businessmen, thugs, blue collar workers and teenagers. The secret of their homosexual life is kept private from their unsuspecting wives and girlfriends. Ordinarily another man’s chosen sexual behavior would not be the center of discussion, however, there is a growing concern about how this clandestine activity has caused a drastic increase in the rate of HIV infection among Black women.
