	Description:		Jonathan Wright is a candidate running for Democratic State Representative of District Four in Wayne County. His father is an accomplished and dedicated preacher. His father, also a physician, and younger brother were instrumental in organizing a mission in Haiti during the recent and ongoing crisis. Jon attended a parochial high school, where he learned the value of hard work. After graduating high school in 2003, he attended the University of Michigan, where he attained a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating from law school, he moved into the heart of Detroit. His home is in the Boston-Edison District.This was the area where much of Motown Records was started and where many dreams became a reality. While studying law in Florida, he was introduced to a group called Kairos. Kairos is a non-profit ministry which places mentors with young men currently in juvenile detention centers. He served as a Youth Juvenile Center Minister, and had the privilege of mentoring two young men. His time with Kairos reaffirmed his desire to bring out the best in others.
