Our guest is Joseph Hall, head of Davis Polk’s corporate governance practice and former Managing Executive for Policy under Chairman William H. Donaldson at the SEC (2003-2005). As a member of Chairman Donaldson’s senior management team, Mr. Hall assisted in directing the SEC’s policy-making and enforcement activities. His current practice at Davis Polk concentrates on advising public companies, underwriters and regulated entities on capital raising, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
