Under the stewardship of long-standing bar manager Maroš Dzurus and head of R&D Paul Voza, Himkok is dedicated to creating guest-focused drinks that highlight Nordic ingredients whilst using many of the in-house spirits produced at the bar’s distillery and its alumni include global superstars such as Monica Berg.
