It’s natural to try & cut corners where you can as you’re getting started building your practice, but accepting a friend or family rate from a buddy who says they can help build your website might cost you more in the long run. Cutting corners sometimes means you’re missing vital pieces of your marketing materials (a wonky website, really unflattering photos, a logo that looks like a duck playing the trumpet even though it’s really some trees & your initials). Now you have to give feedback to someone who did you a favor or didn’t charge you their full rate. So what do you do? Check out this week’s Ask Allison for some tips on navigating the murky waters of the friends & family discount. Sponsored by: TherapyNotes™ |
