Episode 4 of the “What’s in Your Toolbox?” special podcast series, introduces the International Survey on Revenue Administration or ISORA. The survey has evolved over time and is the largest database containing tax administration information available with more than a hundred and fifty participants. Developing the survey jointly through the ISORA partnership has meant that a single, common survey can be deployed to a larger group of tax administrations leading to more comparable data on tax administration. This episode explores how ISORA data is leveraged and the impact of the exercise on both tax administrations and capacity development providers.
