Hyrox is everywhere right now, and the question we keep getting is simple: “Should I do it?” Larry and Daniel take a proper look at what’s really pulling people towards Hyrox, from FOMO and fitness trends to the very real desire for community, belonging, and a shared goal you can train for with your mates.
