Steve has been recruiting for 17 years. He has placed over 800 individuals into permanent roles in the UK. Podcast host of 'The Guestlist with Steve Guest', Amazon best-selling author across multiple categories for “Top Biller – The Life of a Recruiter” (globally the highest reviewed recruitment book on Amazon), and founder of the online recruitment training platform - “12 Week Recruitment Mastery Programme” – training recruiters on a global scale, Steve is still recruiting (the doing), but also now mentoring, coaching and teaching.

We ask when did Steve realise he could do this, and what attributes he sees in his kids that could make them recruiters too! Steve talks about the importance of being early for everything, what separates successful recruiters (such as organisation, consistency, integrity, and honesty) and what pushed him into driving his book sales.
