Description:

In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Head of Sport Science and Medicine at Derby County, Luke Jenkinson, Head of Sport Science and Medicine at Blackburn Rovers, Russ Wrigley and Head of Science and S&C at Middlesbrough, Frankie Hunter. This is the second monthly roundtable podcast after the release of the Hamstring Injury Roundtable in July. I don't say this lightly but this episode is undoubtedly one of the best episodes I have done. Luke, Frankie, and Russ have an incredible experience in youth football at three category 1 academies here in England.

If you liked this youth football roundtable, you may also like another roundtable I did with Paul Bower, Kevin Paxton, and Luke Jenkinson.

Hope you enjoy this episode with Luke Jenkinson, Frankie Hunter and Russ Wrigley.
