In this episode of the Martins World Podcast I had the pleasure of interviewing Clark French the founder of the UPA. We get to talk about why and when Clark started campaigning for medicinal Cannabis , some of his most memorable moments campaigning and some of whats to come in the UK regarding medicinal cannabis, including the "Cancard".
"Clark French is an MS patient who treats his symptoms with cannabis. Clark has replaced all pharmaceutical drugs saving the NHS up to £30,000 a year. Founder of the United Patients Alliance, Clark campaigns tirelessly for access to cannabis as a medicine. The United Patients alliance seeks to advance legal access to cannabis therapeutics in the UK. The United Patients Alliance was founded to represent the interests of these patients and to call attention to the injustice of prosecuting individuals for treating their chronic conditions with cannabis. Some of the most vulnerable members of our society face up to fourteen years in prison for consuming a medicine that is legal across North America and Europe" |
