In this episode of Martins World I headed down to Youghal to interview  Jim Weathers the owner of Puff N Stuff.

Jim was one of if not the first person to begin selling CBD Flowers in  Ireland.  In early 2019 Jim's store was raided by gardai because they caught  someone with the flower and they were told it was bought there.
