I’m finally back! Recently, I’ve been taking the time to work on other stuff (my merch shop and Patreon page are up), and I’ve been waiting to record an episode that I am most passionate about finally! I realized that despite being in a much better place, surrounded by friends or a loving partner, you may still have uncontrollable thoughts of not being worthy of love. This perception may have been formed during the early days of childhood or an occurrence of a traumatic event. Whatever the case is, we all deserve and are worthy of love. In this episode, I talk about how you can like yourself even when you don’t love yourself and more! Here’s a quick overview of what I discussed. - Uncovering the past behind someone’s empathy, people-pleasing attitude, and the impact of trauma that makes an individual don’t feel personal love.
- Experiencing the “shame” behind wanting or needing love.
- The key to loving yourself despite the brain’s constant bickering of your unworthiness.
- What does self-sabotage look like?
- How do you shake constant thoughts of being unloved off your brain?
- My experience of not being able to love myself during my early influencer days.
