Mark Ormrod is a for Royal Marine Commando and author. He now works for the Royal Marines Charity and has just been awarded an MBE. His book Man Down has recently been signed as a film. In 2007 he fell victim to the blast of an IED in Afghanistan leaving him a triple amputee, this shook his whole world, but his mindset has pulled him through to new heights and achievements.
