Nataly Kogan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Happier, based in Boston. Inspired by research on happiness, the company’s mission is to inspire millions of people to do more of what makes them happier. Nataly has held top positions at WHERE (sold to PayPal), Microsoft’s Future of Social Experiences Lab (FUSE), McKinsey & Co., and Hudson Ventures, a venture capital firm in New York, and founded the online community for working mothers and a publishing company for students. Nataly and her parents emigrated to the U.S. from the former Soviet Union when she was thirteen and she graduated with University Honors from Wesleyan University.
