In this first installment of Jordan Stinks, I asked those who follow me on Instagram (@SyattFitness) to tell me what I've said with which they disagree. Not because I want to "blast" anyone (I don't). But because I think we learn best from speaking with those who disagree with us rather than staying in an echo chamber of only those with whom we agree.
So.
I got a lot of great responses and in this first episode I wade through a fistful of disagreements and try to objectively analyze where I'm correct and where I have been incorrect.
