Tom Miller owns Creative Ocean, Inc., a boutique digital production shop that specializes in building online advertising for larger agencies that either don't have the capacity or technical expertise to produce the content they've designed. Primarily working in Flash, but dabbling in other web technologies when necessary, I build engaging digital experiences that look and move beautifully.
Tom explains how he went from a fine arts degree to running his own creative business. He also explains how you don't necessarily need the latest and greatest software or hardware to be a successful creative professional. We discuss the importance of networking.
