Marc Márquez wins the 2018 MotoGP championship - and somehow it's the LEAST dramatic thing that happened in the JapaneseGP - the Moto2 winner is tossed out of the race, while Moto3 is down to a single point! We recap all of the action from Motegi on the Post-Race Show!
The Rundown:
- Moto3 - for the second-straight round, a championship contender ends up in the gravel, and the title race is down to a point
- Moto2 - Fabio Quartararo wins...but then he doesn't - we talk about the DQ, and how it affects the points race
- MotoGP - Game, Set and Match for Márquez
- Marc Márquez - in this one, I'll admit he had a plan from the start
- Andrea Dovizioso - another uncharacteristic mistake...that really didn't make a difference
- Cal Crutchlow has a great race (he didn't say he would have won, though)
- Yamaha - yeah...it's not better
- Valentino Rossi - the Sunday Magic is still there, but the bike wasn't willing
- Maverick Vinales - worst race of the season?
- Suzuki - Alex Rins is looking like a Factory Rider, Iannone runs into trouble (gravel, really)
- My take on the weekend, and Marc's 5th MotoGP title
