In today’s solo episode, I address a comment I received on my Facebook page. The comment was about how she was tired of people telling her women needed to change, and that shouldn’t men be doing this work too?

I totally get the sentiment, because the truth is – the patriarchy is real! There IS a system in our society that tells women they have to look, act, or be a certain way to be palatable to a man.

So… is the burden on women to this work? Where are the men who do this work?
