Their concept “Upright” focused on developing a biometric shoe sole for older adults, designed to detect early fall signs indicators by monitoring gait. Nicole will tell us about her winning team, her experience at the Makerthon and the exciting ways that Public Health and entrepreneurship intersect at NYU.
