Mitch and Matt discuss the news coming out of the WCC that fall sports will be delayed until at least September 24th. This change will impact BYU sports like women's soccer, volleyball, among others. As far as it impacts basketball, WCC commissioner Gloria Nevarez says they don't know how it will impact basketball and they are taking it day-by-day. Matt says he expects hoops to start on time, but that games will be played without sports until later in the season. He feels for the Olympic sports that could be cancelled with athletes losing out on an opportunity to compete. |
