	Description:		Mitch Harper sat down with former BYU head coach Gary Crowton to talk about his tenure in Provo and the current team. Crowton said the one thing he would change about his time as HC would be less of a football coach and more of a leader among administration and fans. He also says he would have hired his own staff, instead of hiring guys that worked with LaVell Edwards, who asked him to hire some of his old staff when he left. The Crowton era produced coaches like Bronco Mendenhall, Kalani Sitake & Ed Lamb. Crowton mentions Jeff Grimes, a guy who he worked with at BYU and LSU. He mentions that Bronco was hard to get over to BYU, but Crowton recommended Bronco to be the HC when he left.
