	Description:		The last few years have been challenging for Lewis Burras with many mental and physical ups and downs as he sought to find his place in the swimming world. After a few false dawns mixed with some very low periods he found a kindred spirit in coach Zoe Baker and from there has kicked on to have an impressive breakthrough season in 2022. It’s one that has taken him to a new long course British Record over 100m freestyle and to three silver medals at the Commonwealth Games.
