	Description:		Today Tonia is chatting with Marlon Wilson from BT. Marlon graduated from University College London with a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering and currently works at BT as a Business Transformation Specialist with over 17 years of experience spanning delivery, operations and transformation in the telecommunications industry. Marlon is also the deputy programme director for the Foundation for Reach Society, the sister arm of the Queens Award for Volunteering Services winning social enterprise Reach Society. He is also the Deputy Chair the BT Ethnic Diversity Network, championing for everyone to be able to see themselves positively reflected in all halls of power across all social institutions.
