Hello and welcome to another episode of The Property Voice podcast. My name is Richard Brown and, as always, it’s a pleasure to have you join me on the show again today.

The festive period is upon us, Christmas parties are being booked…in fact, some have happened already I hear! Photos of snow-filled roads and gardens fill social media, so it can only mean one thing for the professional property investor: the annual goals review & planning exercise.

In truth, there are two other things on my mind at this time of year as well…one of them is a bit of chill time, but the other, well…you will just have to wait and see!

A different type of gift

So, what else is good at this time of year, besides thoughts of time with friends and family? Last-minute deal opportunities…August and December are good months for deals, because fewer people are around. So, go shopping!

Looking forward

I am taking a break from the podcast until the New Year. However, will be returning with a brand-new series, which will be all about PropTech or Property Technology. I am really excited about this series, as it has been in planning for some time now and I genuinely believe you will a lot out of the content.

I have some fantastic episodes and special guests lined up and will launch with the kick off to the new series on Wednesday 10th January. We shall be exploring the latest trends, what’s here we can utilise right now and a small glimpse into the future as well.
