Andrew and Paul also cover the benefits of waiting to start fasting when you are middle aged (or a little bot older) and how this impacts the way you look and feel.  

Paul is a former British Royal Navy Aircrew Officer. He is a Neuroscientist, an Exercise Physiologist and a Nutritionist. Paul is completing a PHD in applied psychology to further understand the body and the brain.
