HACKNEY COUNCIL CONSULTING ABOUT BANNING ICE CARS FROM STREETSHackney Council has opened a public consultation over closing a few roads to non ultra low emission vehicles for a few hours each day. WRC MONTE CARLOA very hard Mote Carlo rally finished with Sebastian Ogier winning. Toyota came in second and third with Tanak and Latvala. Meeke brought the first Citrëon in fourth.
