Description: This week we spoke to Kierra Butcher who walked us through her experience with miscarriage. We want other women to know that there is no shame in what happened; losing a baby is never your fault. There is for sure a stigma about miscarrying, & we want women to be open about it so they can help other women & allow themselves time to grieve & heal, however they need to. The trauma of a loss can be felt in so many surprising ways & time’s the most important thing in overcoming the experience. Join us every Monday at 7am for our open therapy sessions.
