She has spent ten years working in schools located in deprived neighbourhoods. Her passion within education has always been developing students holistically by raising aspirations, removing external barriers to their learning, improving wellbeing and equipping them with skills to boost their employability. She is the founder of Education Made an online platform designed to provide a single place for teachers to connect with quality organisations which supports student's personal development.
