It occurred to me the other day I spoke all about meditation, but I didn't tell anybody how to do it. Today I talk about that.

  • Back in Episode 18 I spoke about meditation
  • First up, meditation is something everybody should be doing. It’s not woo-woo weird shit.
  • The idea: to sit in silence for extended periods of time
  • Increasing this time increases focus, sleep, etc.
  • It increases creativity
  • Start with 5 minutes, every day. Sit in silence.
  • Build it up to 10 minutes
  • Try guided meditation
  • Build it up to 15 minutes
  • Try something like Headspace
