- In a daily email a couple of days ago I spoke about a concept called the non-negotiables
- These are things you complete to a schedule, no excuses. Every time.
- Creatives are very focused people, and usually very goal oriented
- Those goals are usually based on creative stuff though, NOT the rest of our lives
- There’s loads of other stuff though: People, health, fitness, confidence, marketing
- Mine NN are: doing a daily podcast, daily email, lifting weights and meditation. Journalling is becoming one, and I’m trying to turn healthy eating into one too.
- I do them for a reason
- I want to help people get better (podcast and email) and I want to stay healthy (weights and meditation)
