	Description:		Talia is an inspiring and devoted yoga teacher and practicioner. Born in Israel, Talia was introduced to yoga at age six by her mother. She then moved to NYC before 5th grade and started teaching Hatha Yoga at age 21. In 2018, she founded her own yoga school Love and And All is Coming. She now lives in Lisbon with her husband and artist Ezra and their two children Akiva and Elisheva. She practices, studies and teaches daily. In this Special Episode we talk about Talia’s journey into spirituality and yoga started at a very young age; and how she is passing down her wisdom and devoted practice to her students but also her children. She also shares her approach to flexibility through the principles of yoga.
