	Description:		On this episode things get real...real uncomfortable. We both open up about lessons we learned from our previous marriages and #divorces. If that wasn't enough, we own up to our parts in our marriages ending. It's never fun to reflect on things that aren't so flattering, but it is so necessary to be able to have a #healthypartnership post split. It takes two to make or break any relationship, so being able to define your role in either is a huge win for your future and an important jumping off point to forgiveness towards yourself of your mistakes. These are the conversations we would hope any blended family couple has before they walk down that isle. Knowing where you spouse has been will give you such insight to how your marriage is going to be. The past informs our futures, and so boundaries and insecurities will come from that in your relationship. Part of #lovingyourspouse is understanding them, and believe it or not accepting your marriage "rules" (for a lack of a better term) comes easier when you know the "how come" behind them. It is in conversations such as this one where you learn to love your spouse the way THEY need to be loved instead of how YOU think they should be loved. You may have to read between the lines sometimes, but we think you're smart enough to do it! We thought we were going to have time to squeeze in marriage counseling into this podcast episode, but we totally bit off more than we could chew and ran out of time.
