Sarah has been a dear friend of Cait since elementary school. so we were so excited to get to share her story with you all! In addition to being a pediatric speech pathologist, Sarah is a doula as well as homebirth mother of 3. Sarah has such a refreshing view on birth - she never felt fearful and has always accepted birth as a natural process. Her calm energy makes her an amazing doula! I love that Sarah grew up with a pediatrician mom and still chose a different, less medicalized approach to birth.
