She is an embodiment meditation coach, working with women to connect with and embody their full body, vagina, and vulva included using kundaliniyoga and Daoist – jade egg practices. She runs a monthly sisterhood love program online where women meet, meditate and mirror each other. Today we will talk about her two hospital births, one that almost ended up being a free birth in the car.
