Dionne is a mama of 1 from Indiana, USA.

She was extremely fearful of childbirth in the beginning of her pregnancy, but by going with a continuity of care midwifery program where she met the same midwives throughout her pregnancy, birth and postpartum as well as going to a counsellor to deal with her fears she ended up feeling calm and excited to go into labour.

After working through her fears and preparing for her birth she ended up having an empowering, trancelike natural birth, the birth we are going to hear about today.
