They are the co-directors of the Academic Autistic Spectrum Partnership in Research and Education (AASPIRE, http://aaspire.org/), a community-campus partnership conducting research to improve the lives of adults on the autism spectrum. The four discuss the mission and origins of AASPIRE, the importance of bridging the gap between academics and the general community, and neurodiverse working relationships.
