There needs to be clarity from both the sender and receiver to ensure that the communication has been understood. Strategies for Managing Your Medical Providers Most effective form of communication is direct, honest and face to face with the providers. Its important for the employer to drive the conversations so that the providers understand the specific policies and practices since the vary from employer to employer. Medical Providers Role Be available to the employers, listening in to the questions that you may have so that they are answered and taken care of accurately. Its important if you are a medical provider to remember that the employers you are working with are your customers and they have other options if they are not understood or taken care of correctly. Success is defined by the communication between the employer and medical providers not defined solely by the reduction of your medical expenses.
