A Black South African music executive is being investigated by the Human Rights Commission for claiming that Whites are inferior.

Nhlamulo ‘Nota’ Baloyi is a South African hip hop exec who says wild things on a podcast called The Hustler’s Corner.

I invited him onto my podcast because of his claim that Whites are inferior to Blacks, which has upset many and landed him before the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) for Hate Speech.

To be clear, I don’t think expressing an opinion should be penalised by the state. After all, how is saying that Whites are inferior to Blacks a violation of anybody’s human rights?
